Where can I find a web site that teaches new technology circuit board troubleshooting?

Would like to brush up on the newest technology, not your advice on my place in the work field. I would like a web site that shows step by step troubleshooting techniques. I challenge you.!! thank-you.

   I don’t know how you “brush up” on “new technology”. New technology hasn’t been around long enough for you to get rusty on it. Anyway, there’s nothing really new in ‘circuit boards’. If you want to read up on related topics, look up Plenty of stuff to brush up on there.
