If you have a more successful way of doing things than you had in the past in regards to how you deal with a given problem.
Something that is the case because you have learned how to cope from experience.

Then what does one do if that experience is challenged by other people whom say that one must not base their problems today on the past?
They say things are not as bad as they were.

Just wondered what your opinion is on this.
Dealing with this issue is like having a DLL hell or a computer trojan virus.

Hello so I go to turn on my IBM think pad T42 and I get the following message
windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
\system32\hal.dll.
please re-install a copy of the above file.

What the hell does this mean and how can I fix it???
can’t boot in any kind of safe mode and the bios seems to be correct??
I don’t know what my next step should be…..PLEASE HELP……THANKS

I created a Virtual PC in my computer and running a guest operating system in it.
But the operating system is completely empty, and I want it to be a normal Win98 computer since I am using WinXP, now how could I do that? OR if somebody have any website which offer guidelines please provide it, thanks.
