When he starts it up with all the cheats he wants for Pokemon Diamond, the game goes white, starts over and disables the cheats. What should he do?

I downloaded a game and that came up. What the hell is “Ordinal 100″ and whats the dynamix link library dwmapi.dll?
How can I get this film I know nothing about?

vtUmNhEw.dll <- What the hell is that? I tried doing searches for it and can't find anything. My windows defender pops up saying it has a trojan.. I looked up the location of the fille and it's in appdata/local/temp.. And vtumnhew.dll is the game of it. Defender can't get rid of it and I've ran my other programs and they don't detect it. I don't know what to do. I've though about just deleting the file itself (it says it was created yesterday) but I don't know if that will mess stuff up worse. Help me if you can. =) Thanks!!
I already have spybot and it wouldn't do anything for me. It found stuff wrong but wouldn't fix it. Downloaded AVG lastnight annnnd it found some stuff just not the trojan I wanted it to. I have CA security that came with road runner and it doesn't even detect it. I also have cleaner and have used it everyday since I had my computer. The only thing that detects it is defender and it looks like this http://i37.tinypic.com/2ajar2a.jpg. I did the cache thing too. What is a GOOD program to buy for this type of stuff? I've never had to deal with it so I don't know.

okay how do i fix this problem, whenever i click on the short cut is says this, and whenever i put in the disk, i click uninstall and the install wizard logo thing flashes on then nothing happens. Please someone tellme how i can uninstall this game so i can reinstall it, please it won’t work, i also can’t delete most files, it just won’t let me. how the hell do i get this game off my comp, anysuggestions, and btw i also tried the remove programs thing but it didn’t show up so yeah, please help.

Please do not tell me to purchase Eyetv, Eyetv only lets you use your mac as a screen for when you play video games, it does not record the game.

I put the disc in paint side facing left. It says its having troubleshooting problems and won’t work. I’m afraid to put it in the other way cause it brakes the wii right? well I need help with this , it’s not my wii and i really don’t want to brake it.
