How do I change from windows vista to windows xp?
I recently purchased a computer from dell with windows vista installed. Well it completely ***** and I **** it. I bought a windows XP disk, so what do I have to do to install it? Or can I?

Yes you can. Put the windows XP CD in and boot from it (you might have to change the boot sequence in the BIOS by hitting F8 as it boots up to put the CD drive first).
You are not the only one interested in that, no matter what Microsoft’s hype may say about everyone loving Vista.

You would have to uninstall Vista, Restart, then install XP. Without the Vista CD, you will not be able to install at a later time.
With that said, I have just begun to work in Vista and so far have not found it as formidable as some. I have it set to “classic view” which makes it resemble XP. Makes it a lot easier for me to get around. Why not spend a little more time with it. You may change your mind.
